Oatmeal Toppings & Xen Strength

This post is part of a weekly series, Oatmeal Toppings, featuring the best posts of the week in food, cooking, fitness, and challenges.

Anyone get a good Turkey Trot in for Thanksgiving? I did the Claremont Sunrise Rotary Turkey Trot 5K. As a beginning runner, while my time is still slow, I beat my 5K PR by 5 mins at 37:01. All that matters is that I am trying my best, progressing in my journey, and had a great time (beautiful run, beautiful weather, with great Craftsmen homes along the way).
