While I was cleaning the house for a party this last Saturday, I stumbled upon my daughter’s nail polish collection. And came to the realization she quite a nice array of nail polish colors for an 11-year-old.
I know that I buy them for her on spare moments, but didn’t realize she had amassed so many.
The SinfulColors always has great colors and costs only a dollar or two, but they paint on light. However, I am thinking Nail Junkie (blue-sparkly, in front) is going to come in nice for the Holiday parties.
Sally Hansen Xtreme wear… the Sun Kissed orange reminds me of the brand Hang Ten back in the 80′s (anyone remember Hang Ten? I felt like the cool kid wearing their brand in clothes. And I didn’t live by the beach).
I love how the girlie’s nail polish colors are bright and bold. She always looks great in blues. Or maybe I am just partial because it reminds me of my punk rock days.
Milani always has great colors, too. They go on light, but not as light as SinfulColors.
Oh, if you were wondering, this my collection of nail polish. Just recently found out about Essie. I am LOVING the colors and its longevity in wear. I am currently wearing Merino Cool (right).

I tend to get mine done, too. But now they started clipping the sides of my big toe and it gave me a major ingrown toenail. So, I switched to a different girl and she did the same. Would have stopped her if I caught it but I had my nose stuck in a magazine. Oi! Lately I have been doing my own. And I think more now that I found Essie – great polish!

I can’t believe I just found out about the brand! I love how thick, but not too thick it is. How long it lasts. Everything. The shades are great. Might just need to go buy me some more.
