Baking Essentials: The Holidays

Just the thought of baking for Christmas, I swear I can already smell the snickerdoodles and the russian tea cakes cooking in the kitchen oven! Baking is one of those annual traditions we carry out with the girls in the family. While the boys sit there taking pride in eating the sweet goods with a large glass of almond milk.

Baking cookies is a time honored tradition for many households. So here are a few of my favorite bakeware items to tis the season in the kitchen.

  1. KitchenAid Stand (Artisan) Mixer
  2. Vintage Christmas Potholder Set
  3. Kitchen Elements Silicone Baking Mat
  4. Wilton Holiday Grippy Cookie Cutters
  5. Wilton 6 Color Christmas Sprinkles
  6. Easy Flex 3-Piece Silicone Spatula Set
  7. Ganz Cupcake Measuring Spoons
  8. Non-Stick 3-Tier Cooling Rack
  9. Williams-Sonoma Baking Gift Set

Have you ever heard of Mexican Chocolate Snickerdoodles? There is a vegan version at PPK (Post Punk Kitchen). I am thinking about trying those out this year. The smell of chocolate is just as good. LOL.
