3-Ingredient Paleo Pancakes
These 3-Ingredient Paleo Pancakes were actually very tasty. A little more like banana bread but very light in nature. The cinnamon was a really nice touch in this recipe, too. I will definitely be making these time and time again. Can’t wait to get creative with the toppings.
3-Ingredient Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1-2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in the bowl. Add the egg and almond butter. Mix.
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon at this time, if you choose.
- Heat skillet to medium-high. Spray with olive oil or use coconut oil.
- Drop 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- Wait til bottoms are golden brown.
- Flip.
- Cook a few more minutes.
- Serve up. And top with fresh fruit and a dab of coconut butter.
Notes
*TIP: these pancakes are delicate. It helped to work with a hot skillet on medium-high heat to flip the pancakes. And they do take a few more minutes to cook than normal pancakes.
