Have you SEEN the hunky hot men of the Starz show Spartacus? On TV they are Grecian Gods. Their hot naked bods…
“I’m attending the Red Carpet Premiere of Spartacus: Vengeance”
I was fortunate enough to score some tickets to the Red Carpet Premiere for this evening in Hollywood. I am hoping those hot Grecian Gods will adorn their bodies at the Premiere so I can touch them take pictures of them.
My husband, who is also attending, won’t mind. The women are as equally pretty.
I am sorrowed that the original Spartacus actor, Andy Whitfield, was lost to cancer. Such a cutie. The new Spartacus actor, Australian hunk Liam McIntyre, has a big role to prove worthy.
Well this is just a Hollywood week! With Desperate Housewives and Spartacus on the brain.

Speaking of Spartacus, I am pretty happy with Monday and Tuesday’s Body of Life workout. My lower body workout I felt I lifted to my max potential. And the cardio, I was able to level up on the effort from last Thursday’s workout. Must have been that Xtreme Bootcamp session.
What I Ate Wednesday
It’s that time! What I Ate Wednesday hosted by Jennifer at Peas and Crayons. Head on over there to find a ton more delicious WAIW posts.

Breakfast: I caved. It was cold this morning. I was in a hurry. I wanted something warm. Starbuck’s bacon & gouda breakfast sandwich and a Cafe Misto two pumps classic syrup.

Lunch: After cardio, I went back to the Something Healthy eatery and tried the Vegetarian Caribbean Mango Wrap. So good, too. And a Green Tea over ice.

Dinner: Since I had a large carb breakfast and lunch, I opted for a lighter dinner of a chicken salad with like everything in it. Blackberries, walnuts, red & yellow tomatoes, bacon, european greens, quarter of an avocado, mrs. dash, sunflower seeds, cheese, green onions, raspberry fat free dressing and leftover chicken.

Dessert: Coach’s Oats with CHO raspberry, peanut butter, bananas, blackberries, and a couple chocolate morsels. OMG! It was so FREAKIN’ good! I swear, Coach’s Oats and Chobani should get married. Delicious combination!

Okay kids, keeping it simple and sweet (kind of been swamped at work). Digging the new Champion Sport shirt? Pretty Fitfluential savvy, eh? And did you see the microscopic muscle pop out of that arm?? It’s a definite start as we are rolling in week 2 of Body for Life.
Favorite TV show? or Favorite Grecian God?

That wrap looks awesome…Can you ship one to me?
Favorite TV show at the moment is “The Layover”. I love Anthony Bourdain. You can’t beat a show about travel, food, and spirits.
Happy Hump Day to you too and have a blast on the red carpet!

LOL. doesn’t he eat all that weird stuff? However, I do love shows about travel food and spirits. Every watch the show Three Drinks? Now that’s a cool job! Drink your way around the world. haha! Then again, that’s a lot of alcohol.
Had a lot of fun on the red carpet (actually it was black). More to come.

It was so yummy. I am glad I ventured to a new place. Funny though, that I don’t make wraps at home. I think its time I do so.

All of your meals look delicious! I’m debating joining the WIAW in hopes that it keeps me motivated to spice up my eating! My hubby and I realized we had gotten into such a rut the last few months – we eat the same 4-5 things a week. SOO boring! I’m on a roll this week (so far) – 3 totally different things for dinner!!
Hope you had fun at the premier! And hope you took pics (if you were allowed!)!

The salad was absolutely delicious! I know what you mean about getting in a rut. I’ve been like that for a while. And I to tend to spice it up every once in a while. But that’s like the easy stuff (as in a salad). I’ve just been at a lack of time to try new recipes for main meals. But am looking forward to the time when it does come to whip up new creations in the kitchen.
Yay on hitting 3 different things for dinner. Cotter Crunch has an absolutely wonderfully looking chicken dinner I have been wanting to try forever!
Had a great time at the premiere. Will write it up soon!

Chobani always seems to be involved in my post-dinner snack! Your muscles look rockin’, girl. so does your lunch wrap! Chicken and mango? Mmmm! And salad beasts are so great, a perfect go-to for a carb detox haha

It’s some good stuff! I need to stock up on some more. haha. I would say the muscles are rockin’ compared to the nothing I had before!
The lunch wraps are definitely good. I need to learn how to recreate them. And the salad… should be called something like the pantry-fridge salad. haha. so fun you can stick so many yummy things in a salad. Its such a wonderful delight! Nom Nom.
That vegetarian Caribbean mango wrap looks delicious! Is there a way to recreate it maybe?

Totally rocks. That’s what I am saying. I did bring a menu home. Couldn’t be that hard, right?
