(There is still time to head over and tell me about your favorite meal of the day for a chance to win a copy of MyRecipes America’s Favorite Food Cookbook Giveaway)
When I posted the picture my side dish contribution for Thanksgiving on Facebook and Instagram, many of you asked for the recipe. I actually found this delicious Brussels sprouts recipe on CookinCanuck.com.
The only modification I made to the recipe: after seasoning with salt and pepper, I added 2-3 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to give it a little zing.
Perfect.
The side dish was devoured.
And yes, I actually did enjoy coring and shredding 1 1/2 pounds of brussels sprouts by hand with my Pure Komachi colored knives. It was therapeutic. I swear.
What part of Thanksgiving did you enjoy the most?
